Tough times

Here we go. I've been going through an emotional battle that I feel I'm losing so I decided to get my mind off my troubles and joined 2 challenges. Walk this way and Find 30. Well I "found 30". As a matter of fact, I found 1 hr & 45 min. In that time I walked 10,976 steps. Currently I have 22,273 steps and it's only 3 p.m.. I've got my my friend and Jesus so I know I will be fine. When I get super stressed out like I am, I turn to walking to help take my mind off things, see the beauty around me and calm back down. Walking has been very good for me. Thanks to all this walking, I have 15 lbs to goal of 140 lbs. I started at 213 lbs. My original goal was to lose 70 lbs, but why stop there. Once I hit 140, I'll take a look at what I look like, how my clothes fit, ... At my height of 4' 10" I know I need to be less, but this 70 lbs was a struggle. I had plateaus up the the wazoo. I did the plateau busting challenge a couple times. Would finally lose, then go back up. Well this time I broke out of my rut. Now, hopefully it will stay off. :-)
