Oh goodness how my "troubles" got me walking yesterday. I feel better today, much better. My legs feel the walking today. They don't hurt, but they feel yesterday...kinda there. Thank heavens they're connected or I'd have walked them off. The way I feel today, after a full day of tears, stopping occasionally for some caring words from my friend, (i carried my water bottle), I ended up walking 9.88 miles, that's 26,106 steps. Walking is awesome. Add some strength training to top it off to make other muscles feel used, and top it off with some crocheting at the end of the day to relax, in bed by 9:20 p.m., up just after 6 a.m., small cup of coffee. This is the 1st time I have slept 8 hours in years. 4-5 hours is normal for me. If I sleep 6-7 hours, then I have slept in. I slept 8 hours 24 minutes. I think I wore myself out. Today's a new day. One day at a time. I can't change the past, can't dwell on what might lay ahead of me, but I can control what I need to do today. Have a great day everyone.
