Walking. It's the single best exercise you can do, followed by strength training. Lift heavy things. Prolonged cardio just makes you hungry.

Try walking, is doesn't hurt (for most part) it is moving, it can be done, inside, outside, in a mall, any where. A good beginning & helps get endorphins going too. Make it a daily thing thank you will be amazed how effective it is for weight lossðŸŒ 1650 days ago
