Foot Update

Well, I started exercising again and it's going pretty well. I had a shot in my foot last week for some inflammation and took about a week off completely. Just did lots of stretching and icing. On Tuesday I did a 2 mile walk. Felt pretty good until the next morning, and then I was S-O-R-E! The lady at the Good Feet store told me that might happen and boy did it! Took Wednesday off and then I went for a run last night. Did 2.3 miles of 30 sec of running and 30 seconds of walking. It was slow, but overall it felt good. Pretty sore again this morning, but nothing some movement can't take care of. Today is another rest day and then I have a 4 mile run scheduled for Saturday morning doing the same intervals with my training team. Going forward my exercise plan is as follows:

Mon: weights
Tue: run & yoga
Wed: weights
Thur: run
Fri: rest
Sat: long run
Sun: rest

That will be my work out schedule for the rest of the summer and most of the fall. HM is on 11/19.

Now to get back on the LC wagon and fuel properly!

    We have more summer? emoticon Actually I guess we do since its supposed to hit 90 again by this Sunday here.
