Slowly but surely

Many things are finally happening in my life : I do work-out at least 10 minutes a day, I have longer sessions at least twice a week, I control better my portion and my food intake is healthier. Those results all come from discipline, from motivation, from education and from a firm resolution of changing things around.
Furthermore, I'm going to bed a little earlier and I trust my food tracker to choose a night time snack, if I crave for something to eat.
Another sign of important change, I use to keep a dark chocolate bar - and eat it 2 pieces at the time as a strategy to "feel full". For a week now, their is no chocolate in my house and I'm not desperate ! Even more, I went in a chocolate restaurant Monday and didn't bring any back home. Which is so "not-me" like at all.
So, I feel like things are naturally coming to a healthier way of living. I feel happier and being happy fulfill my heart, so my tommy don't need to "over do-it"
O, and I almost forgot : I keep on loosing 1 lb per week ! I breath easier, my legs feel more firm and so does my arms.
I'm really proud !
