Here is what I would like to accomplish this BLC 32 Round
--Loose 40 pounds by end of 2016
--Get back in shape before my cruise in 2017
--Do more ST

How do I plan to work on this:
1. DRINK WATER...and lots of it
2. Limit my Starbucks drinks to once a week
3. Get running again
4. Go back to the Gym
5. Watch what I eat and TRACK IT
6. Stay active on SP
7. Tell my hubby so he knows what I am trying to do
8. Eat more veggies and fruit

I have been down this road before. I know I will have good days and bad days. I just need to not have the bad days trigger bad choices...
