Doing the Best You Can

I dislike it when you think you are doing the best you can, and the scale does not move! At least in the right direction!

So, I have decided to put more blast into my workouts. Then I will be doing BETTER! I have been waking up, wanting to do that anyway!

    Don't let the scale discourage you. You gain so many positives from exercise that just can't be measured on a scale. Keep up the good work and don't give up. emoticon

    It is frustrating but if you're gaining muscle that's going to be better in the long run

    But are you losing inches? I lost three inches and the scale never moved but some of my tight fitting clothes are about to fall off.
