challenges for days 8&9

Yesterday was so busy I don't get 2 minutes to answer these challenges, so tomorrow will have to be #10 and 11 to keep up with the days! The original challenge is at: http://www.sparkpeople.com/myp
Day 8 is how I discovered SP: The truth is I was pretty frustrated with myself and my inability to hold down those extra pounds. I've lost weight in the past and knew I needed some sort of accountability. I was pretty good at getting exercise in and had some health/exercise magazines. If I remember correctly, I spotted an ad for SP in one of the magazines. It said it was free, so I thought I'd take a look. I liked the food tracker because most of what I was eating was already in there and it wasn't overly cumbersome for me to add things. Same was true for the exercise. Happy me! I started logging those two areas, spinning the dial (innocuous but effective reinforcement for me!) and I fell in love with the site. My original goal was to hit 50 points a day. I soon bumped it up to 100, which I occasionally was able tor each by doing some of the fun extras on the site. Now I am happy to purchase premium because I have been sparking for free for quite a few years and love what they do!
Day 9 ask for one thing I use every day. Certainly there is no 1 thing: I use the computer, my phone, my water bottle, exercise equipment and so much more.
