The first picture is from early November 2015. The rest are from September 21, 2016. I've dropped 10-ish pounds (depends on the day), dropped who knows how many inches, and started lifting weights. I hit a plateau for awhile, started working night shifts, and my nutrition and exercise took a nose dive for awhile. But you can always get back on the horse. Now, if I can work more cardio into my day, I'll really start to see the results I want. Until then, keep going, and keep trying. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will your perfect body.
