There are a millions reasons why I want to lose weight,,,I have to pick 10, so here goes....
10. I want to look and feel great in the clothes I wear
9. I want to stay off medication for chronic diseases as I age
8. I want to avoid physical limitations as I age due to being over weight
7. I want get thru menopause with less weight
6. I want to be able to exercise without pain
5. I want to have a toned body
4. I want to have the energy to be able to do every day things
3. I want to be able to play with any future grandchildren and watch them grow up
2. I want to enjoy an active life with my family
1. I want to accomplish this goal and move on to the next until I get it done
As I said there are a million reasons I want to lose the weight but, here are my 10 so far
