Trigger situations and foods (red light) that trigger your over consumption of calories.
My triggers are –
Situations ~ Parties, family functions, holidays, vacations, boredom, movies, dinner with friends anytime Im distracted from my goal.
Foods ~ appetizers, popcorn, any salty or sweet snacks, dessert
Plan - make sure I track every bite in the nutrition tracker and plan for those indulgences. portion control, measure out portions and only take a serving at a time. Small bites, eat slower waiting for my stomach to feel full.
