well , I am trying keto again .. lost a pound a day for 5 days .. this is good - then it stopped ..trying to figure out %.. to keep loosing anything a week .....
synthroid down to 175 - so far its good - sleep and feel good ...
blood sugars are down to ave 100 .... except on occasion drops fast to 67 - today 54 - that was scary .. keep glucose tabs on hand , ate 3 felt better .. would normally take my shot for diabetic meds yesterday - but did not and seeing if body has started to change for the better sugar wise ..
wanted to do the fat fast again to get the weight moving down again - could not do it -- this is when sugars plummeted this evening ..... had to eat but on track.. ground turkey and broccoli.
will stay around 20 carbs a day and see what happens . I did get in watp video ( aerobic walking) today .. seems I can get it in in the morning -- not later with sugars - for now anyway .. gym in the morning .. then have to be off for the week .. so will do the videos and if the weather goes down ( still 90) I will walk the marina park when out ..
this might be the answer ?????? shall see == fingers crossed
