Starting over and other healthy stuff day 1&2

So for the last week I've been getting up earlier and walking on my treadmill... this is a special feat for I am NOT a morning person AND I thoroughly enjoy my sleep. I've also re-started my lower carb eating because my weight loss is at a stand still. But what makes this starting over even better.... I've finally been cleared by my doctor to work out!! Ooooooooohhhhhh body weight exercise is on my to do list!! Gonna start out slow, try my best and get this done!! Progress, and trying for some perfection!! Because I'm worth it!! Yay!!!
