It all adds up

So what I know that I made some bad choices I tend to just stop tracking my food. For example, this morning I had some very delicious homemade pumpkin bread. It was fantastic. What how do I calculate the calories in that? And I know it was a bad choice. I really should go back to my steel cut oats or a poached egg or maybe some fruit for breakfast. But it was just so delicious.
Also , I'm going through some Financial stress lately which have not really helped me with my food choices. There have been some times in the past few weeks when I've had to eat very Carby Foods or I didn't have enough money to stock the house with the healthy choices. But I'm hoping that I'm on the tail end of that now and in the near future I should be able to get back to planning ahead for more healthy foods.
There has also been a considerable amount of stress in my life, not enough time to take care of me. I've been working a lot and I only have one day off a week and during that day I have no choice but to take care of the household, do laundry, things that I need to do for my son. I need to do some smart shopping, head to the butcher, get some good fresh produce and start planning ahead my meals for the week. I simply don't have time all the time to cook dinner every night. I need to plan ahead so I don't have to think about it because when I'm so tired at the end of the day and I just want to get my kid in bed that's when I wind up making poor food choices.
On top of all that I haven't been doing my walking Fitness.
I'm lucky it's only 5 pounds that I gained. It all adds up.
