Taking A Spark Break

Tomorrow, I will be traveling to visit my daughter. We'll be shopping for her wedding gown over the weekend. I am very excited and honored that she wants to share this moment with me. It will be fun! She and her fiance are taking me to see the venue too. They're getting married at a historic old mill next year. While I'm there, my daughter and I will work on wedding plans and crafts. Her fiance is very artistic, so I'm hoping he will join in on the fun.
Then on Monday, my daughter has to have some unexpected surgery. I decided to extend my stay in order to help with her care after surgery. I know she is scared, so I will hold her hand and support both her and her fiance. I am great at hand holding and care taking. ( I was my mother's primary caretaker for over five years before she died many years ago.) For the first week, she will be off her feet. Once she starts to feel a little better, she will go back to work part time. At that point, I will return home to hubby and our fur babies.
Please bear with me as I take a Spark break. I'll be back before long!
