bad weekend, time for a mini challenge

Didn't have the best weekend. Ended up at Urgent care Friday for my asthma. They loaded me up on prednisone, an antibiotic, and about 4 other drugs to help me breath better. I'm feeling much better, but now coughing up all this crud that was deep in my lungs. This caused me to miss my long run this weekend. So, now I'm a little more nervous about my half coming up in 2 weeks.
Yesterday I twisted my back wrong. ugh. My friends asked if I needed to be put in a bubble until race day.
So, I am now putting myself thru a mini challenge for the next 14 days... race day is in 12 days.
EATING-- LCHF (lowcarb, high fat)
EXERCISE -- min 5000 steps a day, 4 runs (1 being atleast 6 miles)
WATER -- Drink up. 64 oz daily min
Meds-- Take them!!
SLEEP -- 6.5 hours
