The trouble with Sundays is I eat too much

Gah, so I get up early and walk the dog. I take care of some errands. I eliminate the mail pile and the email inbox (gotta get some decluttering in today) and while I am doing that, I am eating. I track after I am done eating and realize I have eaten too much for this time of the day. I know this is where my problem lies. For the rest of the week, track first - then eat.

    I have a few regular meals I rotate for breakfast and lunch that are roughly the amount of calories I want to spend. Then I try to plan out dinners a week at a time before shopping.

    I keep trying to do a meal plan, but am sidetracked and lazy about it. I mean, I don't eat crap all the time, it's just that we plan our dinner for the next day the day before. Tracking before you eat is a good idea!

    Tracking first is a good plan. I try to do that too but it doesn't always work out. I do make sure and track before I allow myself a snack or something I don't normally eat. Sundays are not good for me either but we can get them under control.
