I've lost 26 lbs since June of this year. I feel great and look pretty good too. Lol! However, I have been pretty complacent lately and that's resulted in a 3 lb weight gain.
I've decided not this time. I've decided that I have been down this road million times and I'm not doing it again. NOT THIS TIME. I am pushing through.
I am going to log everything. I will continue to get good workouts in. And I will weigh myself weekly.
3 lbs is a piece of cake... literally. I got this! I'll keep you posted!👍
