Happy Cyber Monday Sparkers! I hope everyone had a super Thanksgiving holiday! I certainly did, but now it's time to get back to intentionally being healthy! I quickly came up with a challenge for one of the teams I'm on. It's the S.N.O.W. challenge.
S = sparkpoints. Rack up those sparkpoints! This will encourage interaction with the team and sparking in general.
N = Nutrition. Work on staying on whatever plan your on. If you need to fit in some cheat days for holiday parties that's fine, but plan ahead and stick to 1 cheat day.
O = Organize. Set a specific goal or goals to get more organized and do something daily to achieve that goal
W = Workout. Simple...intentionally "move" everyday.
