Nice doggie...

Looks like some one's been feeding that 'dog'. emoticon
Not a good idea. These are very dangerous animals.

I just find something I think you might like or reflect on. This moose is not in my backyard.
Unless it is pictures of my home or cottage, then I'll write a personal blog about my day and identify the photos. emoticon

Only one I ever saw was stuffed in a small natural history museum at the U. It was HUGE! So impressive.

I also saw a video on-line which I hope you can click to open

Yes, they are! I saw a few as a child on our trip to Canada. Very beautiful and large!

I've never seen a moose in person. It's still on my bucket list. I do know that more people are killed in car crashes with moose than any other animal. They're huge, 2 ton animals.

The scariest animal I've seen around our place was a badger as couple years ago, we (Duke and I) about bumped into it while out on a walk. Duke must have seen it first, cause he kept walking in front of me and tried to herd me, which he never ever does, after I saw it and we started to back away, Duke stayed between me and it. It must have been instinct, cause he never did it before or after, and to say the least, our walks were in the other direction for quite sometime. A badger is nothing to monkey with, can rip a dog to pieces. Have had pheasant fly out of the ditch and scare the bejesus out of we, had garter snakes cross the road in first of me, But things like that only make the walk more interesting.

Yep Moose are very powerful creatures. During the winter they have to forage. I used to plant a moose garden in the very back of the property. By doing that they left my Mountain Ash trees alone. Win win for both sides- LOL
