Today's numbers & house update

Not sure if I'll post this daily, but atleast for today, I'm really happy with my food numbers. It's still hard for me to not be concerned with my calories, and just concentrate on protein, fat & carbs.

I'm really trying to concentrate on mindful eating and I've replaced a small meal or two with hot tea. Warm drinks are pretty filling for me, so it's working pretty well. I drink the tea with a squirt of skinny girl stevia and a bit of heavy whipping cream.

It's been a weird week so I haven't worked out, but I'm planning on jumping back in next week.

House update - We FINALLY have foundation! They poured and should be starting the framing next week! Should take about 2-3 weeks. YEAH!!!

    Congrats on the house!

    I find that a cup of tea with sweetener and cream works wonders for me when I have the munchies. Especially in the evening, when I'm not hungry and not craving anything but just want to eat.

    I too am overall ok with my food chart except I keep falling short in protein I'm always below my daily calories if you or anyone has any suggestions I'd be most greatful wishing you all the best
