The 2017 General plan

The start of a new year.
First on my list is to continue doing things that I am doing well. This is:
Accomplishing things at work with positivity and joy, even though the environment is wroth with negativity and uncertainty (company merger).
Working out regularly, including hard classes.
Making time for fun things, including bucket list items.

For improvement:
Challenge my cardio fitness (interval training 2x/week).
Improve my shoulder strength (2x/week).
Improve my flexibility (daily stretch).
Track my migraines (vs food/activity).
Improve energy levels (eating less grains and sugars that make me tired)
Lose 50 pounds (getting me to 220).

The weight loss isn't as important as the feel good factors above, but they should be related.

On to 2017.
