Far surpassed my two minute workout goal for today... completed one Leslie mile (no weights). I made sure to keep my movements smaller. I learned my lesson yesterday! Plus I can feel a little discomfort in my knees, so I didn't want to push it. I'm thinking tomorrow may be a resistance day instead of cardio.
