Day 3 pushup challenge

5 hand-release pushups, 10 pushups on my knees. 20 minutes of weights: 2 sets, 15 reps, 8lbs. 1 minute of planks (unfortunately not all at once yet).
Vacation's over; I go back to work tomorrow. Going back on a Thursday means that all the students will be discombobulated, and so will the staff. I"m figuring that a few kids won't show up until next Monday, since there are a few districts out here that are starting back on the 9th. We'll see. Should have a couple of new students starting, which is cool, but the administrator is going to totally overhaul the schedule for next semester (in two weeks), so that will throw everyone off some more. I've been enjoying staying up until midnight and sleeping in until 7. Not looking forward to getting up at 5. And also not looking forward to the temperature dropping to 17 for my morning commute.
I've been in the new house for a month and I'm still emptying out boxes. I'm going to spend my last day off trying to get through more boxes (need to make room for the elliptical and the treadmill downstairs) and doing lesson plans. I figure carrying boxes up two flights of stairs counts as decent exercise.
The plan is to do about 20 minutes of exercise in the mornings before I get ready for work, and then another 30-40 minutes when I get home. I'm worried about this...five a.m. is insanely early, and sometimes I'm just not with it. I don't know how long I can keep that kind of motivation up. I'm not a morning person. And since I will be in class on Thursday nights, I will take Thursday evening/Friday morning as Rest Day. I can't reasonably see myself getting a morning workout in the day after a 14 hour day...
Now I just need to figure out how to plan for healthy, wheat-free lunches at work. It takes a lot of prep. I'm looking at mason-jar salad ideas. Maybe I will look into making homemade soups too...
