Day 4 pushup challenge

5 real pushups. 15 modified pushups. 27 minutes on elliptical/bike.
So...yeah. The elliptical trainer. It looks like such a silly thing. It totally kicked my butt. The 27 minutes was NOT consecutive. I had to keep backing off and sitting down on the seat to use it as a stationary bike instead. I most certainly do not have either enough leg power or ab strength to go as much as I'd like yet. Holy moley. I feel like such a wuss, like I won't ever be any stronger. I didn't even really break a sweat...my legs kept giving out on me before I could.
But I shouldn't be so hard on myself. It was just the first day. And I got on it twice...once at 5:30 this morning, and again at 5:00 when I got home. I will keep at it.
