2 weeks so far

I have on SP for 2 weeks so far...the support and resouces are incredible. I have been using the nutrition and fitness tracker and it has really helped to show me how much I was really eating! It has also motivated me to make changes. I have kept within my nutrition and fitness goals over the last 2 weeks. I will weigh myself tomorrow (Sat 7/1) and hope to see a reduction somewhere, either lbs or percent of body fat. Even if I don't I will not let it get me down because my clothes are fitting better and I tried on the dress I am wearing to my son's wedding and it fit really good. When I bought it, it felt kind of tight across the waistline. Today, I felt beautiful in the dress and that is enough to keep me motivated to keep making healthy choices.

I feel so excited about being healthy I want everyone I know to join me!

    This is wonderful - 2 weeks following both your exercise and your nutritional goals! I aspire to be more like you!

    I find the nutritional tracker invaluable now that I am working on my portion control. I find that little things can add up quickly - like an extra spoonful of butter. I have started measuring everything so I know exactly what my portion is. The advantage is that I am beginning to know what a correct portion looks like!
