Used to be on Spark when I was in college. Didn't really use it then but thought it might be better than adding another app to my phone. FitnessPal is great but lags my phone something fierce. Was quite heavy in and after college (270lbs) but lost 70 two and some change years ago. Now at 200, I'm torn between my PCP who thinks my weight is perfect and my gyno who thinks I really need to lose weight. Despite those two, I would like to get to 175. It was what I weighed in high school and I like the way I looked then. Sad, I couldn't appreciate my figure because of low self esteem at the time. Aww growth. Now to drop some pounds without breaking my body!
