Low carb diet

So I have the bum knee and have not ran since Wednesday. I did get an arm workout on Friday. I have been pretty strict on my diet since the exercise is on hold. I have lost 2 pounds. I am pretty excited about that. Hopefully I will be able to run again soon.

    I can relate, with a bad knee, I have had to do seated exercises at times also. You are wise to let it get better and not make it worse by overdoing. emoticon

    Thanks. Don't heat yourself up about the icecream. Instead try to find some that is low fat or whatever your diet is. They make some pretty yummy stuff. Or eat the full fat sugar good stuff and go for a walk or run.

    Hopefully your knee will be smiling again soon and you are back out running. I was so bad and ate ice cream this weekend. Hopefully got that out of my system. Way to go on your two pound weight loss. I am happiest when it keeps going down. Have a great week!!
