Getting back on track

This isn't going to be a really long blog. More of a rant to myself, really. But why is it so hard to get back on track after a setback? I was doing SO good with the exercising, and the eating right, and the no soda... but then I got sick and was down for a week, and while I am still fighting some bronchitis, I have been horrible with my eating, drinking soda, and definitely not working out. It's like life plays a mind game with you. Doing really good for a couple of weeks and bam! no more.
Just some whining... The bottom line is, I need to just do it. Get back on that horse and stop complaining about my setbacks.
