Recap of Weekly Goals

Here's how the week went:


Sunday, I did a strength training circuit at home.

Monday, I did my lunch walk. After work I got to the gym and hopped on the Spin Bike.

Tuesday, I did my lunch walk.

Wednesday, I did my lunch walk.

Thursday, I did my lunch walk.

Friday, I did my swim lesson.

Saturday, I did the Cycle and Body Pump classes.

The plan for next week:


January Challenges (3 days):

- The Realistic Resolution Challenge: emoticon

- Eat within my calorie range (1,250 - 1,600) 7 days a week: I ate over range on Monday to get my protein in.

- Eat 60 grams of protein 7 days a week: emoticon

- 1 weekly swim lesson: Lessons are on Friday, which counts for February this week.

- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week: Didn't happen. A higher power kept me from the gym on Sunday.

February Challenges (4 days):

- The 30-Day Plateau-Busting Challenge: emoticon

- Eat within my calorie range (1,250 - 1,600) 7 days a week: I ate over range on Wednesday.

- Eat 60 grams of protein 7 days a week: emoticon

- 1 weekly swim lesson: emoticon Apparently, my backstroke looks better than my freestyle. Go figure.

- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week: Didn't happen this week.

- For accountability, today's weight: My scale wasn't cooperating this morning, it wouldn't come on.
