Getting started to Getting in the Swing

I lost 2.2 pounds last week and I'm really excited to be getting into a routine. My boyfriend and I started a gym that worked with us to make it affordable
AND FREE Personal Training Sessions!
It has been a great way to get started.
This week I hope to start a group class, Aqua Zumba in hopes to find a fun way to get cardio.
My goal is to not get too excited about this thing, I'm trying to make subtle changes and not get my hopes too high.
Many of us try hard to lose weight and don't succeed because our mind set is not in the right place.
I hope to avoid that by creating a pleasurable, excuse free environment.
