January was a pretty good month. I didn't lose weight, but I also didn't gain. And since I wasn't on a strict eating plan nor did I exercise that much, I'm going to take that was a win.

I did start the flylady challenge and in January did VERY well. I think I only missed 3 nights where I didn't shine my sink.

February has started out... the opposite. haha I got sick on the 1st. First few days it was just a cold, but it's now turned into bronchitis. So... Obviously I'm not exercising currently, I'm not eating "in plan" but I'm not eating much and I have been mediocre at flylady. The good news is I'm not letting that get me down. I know I can pick up where I left off once I'm better AND since my appetite has been pretty minimal, I HAVE lost some weight. I'm not updating my weight on Sparkpeople just yet. I want to make sure I can keep it off! Esp since I'm on a steriod now. We'll see if that changes anything.

My goal for Feb... once I'm back on my feet, is to continue "flying", eat smarter and start an actual exercise routine that includes weights. AND of course to keep the weight that I've lost... OFF.
