I have lost weight over the last four weeks, and this week I stayed the same.
Woo hoo, you may say. However, the weight loss over the four weeks has been 0.7kg or 1.5lb. Not enough in my book.
Next week I start a low FODMAP diet. I'm not procrastinating. I already have a menu plan and the shopping in for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for this week - and I'm not tossing this out for a new diet and wasting ingredients I already have in-house.
So it is next week.
Having just watched a show about the importance of pulses in the diet and read an article in the local print paper about how beneficial onions are. I am reminding myself that I am on a prescriptive diet, and this will all change in six weeks time.
