Slooooow but steady does it (I hope)

Yesterday, I felt slimmer, and then I realized it was because my capris weren't "strangling" my chubby little thighs like they were last week.

It's a small change but I'll take it and rejoice! I've been doing the leg machines at our community gym on a regular basis and even increased the weight yesterday by 10 lbs.

I have to be careful because I've got more than a couple of problems with my spine. (injuries from nursing and falls). Somehow I managed to re-injure my shoulder probably from lifting the ironing board wrong. I'm back to "square one" on that issue.
To be honest-both with you and myself- I have developed a "sweet tooth" that I haven't had in my entire life. Why it chose to show up in my 60s is just weird. Having a husband who can eat anything he wants and not gain but a lb only to lose it the next day doesn't help. He also does all the cooking because he's loves it and has a culinary degree. I've had to ask him to NOT to fill my plate like he does his. I'm not sure why I have to remind him that I am a lot shorter than he is. It should be obvious!
Today, I will RE-start my shoulder exercises from the beginning and watch that "sweet tooth thing". I will allow the Dove Dark Chocolate Promises because heart disease has taken my parents and grandparents. I always stick to a serving. AND I will increase my water intake.
