Getting the Hang of It

Today was a lot easier. My body stopped fighting me on my walk and it actually felt really good to be out there. I was still tired at the end but no aches and pains the whole way through. I struggled in the morning with eating too many of my calories but something clicked after my walk and I was able to resist all kinds of temptations--including brownies, rice krispy treats, and banana bread. (I was on a cooking kick today for my loves.) I hope tomorrow can go just as good.
