Day 9 of 100 Days of Gratitude

It's wonderful to live (temporarily) in a place where people can express their concerns in a positive, peaceful, educational way. Yesterday I stood on "Peace Corner" with about 60 others where residents have expressed their hopes for decades. We held positive signs, smiled and waved at drivers. They smiled and waved back and honked their horns in encouragement.
It filled me with joy and my heart with hope. I am grateful for this experience and freedom of speech. I am so very, very grateful.
