Well, my weight loss has been slow during this 5% challenge. Only 2.6 ponds lost over the past 5 weeks, but I'd rather have that than stay the same or gain weight. Today I downloaded a new app for my phone so I can get in workouts with weights at home instead of just walking during the week. I'm hoping if I start doing strength training I'll see the weight coming off a little more each week.
