Well, my weight loss has been slow during this 5% challenge. Only 2.6 ponds lost over the past 5 weeks, but I'd rather have that than stay the same or gain weight. Today I downloaded a new app for my phone so I can get in workouts with weights at home instead of just walking during the week. I'm hoping if I start doing strength training I'll see the weight coming off a little more each week.

    I have added strength to my cardio and I'm seeing the weight slowly come off, but I'm seeing it more in the inches. I know that my weight will take longer to catch up. We got this! emoticon emoticon

    You're right, this challenge has been a challenge (no pun intended) I understand the weight not coming off as fast as we have intended it to. I'm hoping whatever you try will help Spark a jump start for a better weight loss for you. Keep us advised ok?
