Getting back on track

Wow it's been a long time since I did a blog. While my progress for getting back on track has been slow, I am getting there. My eating has been better, not great but better. And my exercise is increasing every week. I just need to keep focusing on me.

    You are taking excellent steps. One day at a time. The hardest lesson I have worked through is the setbacks, but I do believe with time I can work though these with the motivation I will need.
    One thing I have found that works for me is to be part of a team that reaches out and encourages.
    I know you can do it. Your pictures show you can and I know you will get to the place where you feel your very best.

    Excellent! You can't be perfect all the time. Just need to aim for going in the right direction. You can totally do this. I've not been as dedicated to my goals lately as I have been in the past -- so I'm aiming to climb back up onto the wagon and buckle down to business too.
