Ok, so that number on the scale (you know, the one that shouldn't mean that much, but does) is finally moving the right way (DOWN!). Slowly but surely. I don't need a lot of encouragement but that little bit does help me to stay motivated to keep going. My body wants to exercise now and I am not wanting to snack all the time. I have a long way to go but I feel like I'm making progress, however small.
