More Accurate Steps with my FitBit

For my birthday my husband bought me a Flex 2 tracker to use along with my Charge Fitbit. I originally wanted it because it was waterproof and I could wear it while water walking in my pool when the weather is good enough. I figured I could use it while charging my Charge in the meanwhile.
I saw this ankle tracker band on amazon and ordered it. I was noticing if I pushed the cart I did not get the right amount of steps while shopping. I thought the Flex 2 in the ankle band would be more accurate for shopping and it really helped my step count.
I also really like to use it when I am doing something messy like painting. My Charge does not have an interchangeable band and I am always worried about getting it messed up. Now when I am doing something like that I just put the Flex 2 in the ankle band and strap it on. Problem solved. My sock usually covers it up so it cannot get paint on it and it is also in a less dangerous position. I always get a lot of paint on me when I am paining.
The band is very secure and especially with the sock over it I never worry about losing it.
For a little under $12 I solved the problem. My husband liked it so much that he ordered one also to use with my old Flex tracker.
I was thinking someone should make something like this to slip the Charge in to use it on an ankle also. I am sure I could sew something up.
