I have decided that 130 is a good weight for me. I think I look good. I am far from perfect and I am going to keep working at it. I have recently added strength training and am doing 2 half marathons and maybe a full marathon this year. Since I met my goal I went and got a gel polish manicure. I will set a new goal that is not weight oriented like maybe getting bigger muscles, have to think on that a while. Have a great day Sparkers.
