A New Tool in my Box!

Today's SparkCoach session talked about the need to continue to set goals and always have something to work towards. I am finding that I have made so many changes in my life that have benefited me but I know that I could still become blase about things and let my good work slowly slip! That would be such a shame as all my hard work could be slowly eroded away and I could find myself back to an unhealthy place. No thanks! That is not what I want or need!! So my new goal is to start planning my weekly meals and shopping lists. I have let this slip and I need to really change my game on this. So it's back to weekly planning my meals and shopping lists. Although I have been loosely doing this I need to tighten this area up.
