Day 16 of 100 Days of Gratitude

I'm grateful that during this time when I'm trying to re-lose the extra pounds (for the zillionth time) that I have time and the weather to work out HARD.

Biking and walking like crazy every day (except tomorrow when I'll be on a boat & a small island). And refusing ALL poor health choices. And believe me, when you're older it will take all that determination and MORE to lose even 5 pounds!

Lose it when you're young and keep it off. Oh, how I wish I had done that!

    I know what cha mean, jelly bean! It's difficult, at best, to work out outdoors in the winter in Canada. For me the gym = hell and indoor workouts bore me to tears. I would be equally as grateful for a chance to escape to a tropical location for a bit.
    The thing is, we have our whole lives to Spark it! And honestly, I think that showing up here everyday is the key to maintaining my big weight loss. If my health (me!) isn't a priority....well then....
