Day 16 of 100 Days of Gratitude

I'm grateful that during this time when I'm trying to re-lose the extra pounds (for the zillionth time) that I have time and the weather to work out HARD.
Biking and walking like crazy every day (except tomorrow when I'll be on a boat & a small island). And refusing ALL poor health choices. And believe me, when you're older it will take all that determination and MORE to lose even 5 pounds!
Lose it when you're young and keep it off. Oh, how I wish I had done that!
