BLC 33 Goals

1) Lose 10 pounds in 15 weeks.
2) Exercise 5 days a week with 2 to 3 strength training sessions included.
3) Give myself a break. Not every week is going to go as planned. That's ok. This is a journey not a race.
4) Try to eat more vegetables. I don't eat enough.
