Tracking my meals remains a challenge for me a spark friend shared with a tip she uses I going to try it this week thanks Jan the tracker is going to be my food check book which needs to be balanced daily I don’t want to be over drawn. Looking over my past tracking I have stayed in the calorie count but the sodium is often over and drawn.
Going to challenge my self to get this under control this month.
Not sure about the scales I went to the doctor on Feb 21 his scales said 164 pounds. I went for lab work March 3 the scales said 158 ! When I got home my scales stopped at 158. !
Like the quote I have on scales we are more than a number on the scales
I like the 158 and by the end of March I hope fhe scales to stop at 154 !
My plan this time get out the 150’s by April 15 no reason just a date I picked stay out them!
I can do it just need to keep reminding myself keep tracking and walking
