So this is how it always ends (before). I hit a rough patch, get depressed that I'm not seeing amazing results, and quit. Not. This. Time. I was feeling kind of bummed that my scale has only moved 4 pounds in 3 weeks and I questioned why I was working so hard if nothing was really changing. Then I remember I had taken "before" pictures and low and behold, I was wearing the same outfit! I took another set of photos and realized that changes are happening. You could SEE it, even though the scale doesn't show it. So after a really bad Friday, I got up and walked on Saturday! I am recommitted and hope to take some more progress photos in another 3 weeks! Even if the scale doesn't say it, I'm making a difference!
