I've been on Sparkpeople for 60 days now. I've learned a few interesting things about myself during this time. I can do this. I used to hate tracking but the app makes it easy. While some days aren't the best, I am staying at the upper end of my calorie range.
I'm losing the weight slowly. I'm so happy to read stories about your weight losses of 20+ pounds since January. I'm happier to report that I've lost 10 pounds.
I'm exercising. Not like I used to, but I try to be active at least 30 minutes a day. Fitbit keeps me accountable.
Meal planning is one of the things that works for me. Not only are all the veggies chopped and prepped ahead of time, I have soups and meals in the freezer ready to go. We're saving about $50 a week in groceries by planning ahead.
I've also changed my attitude. This is not a diet, this is a journey. Onto the next 10 pounds!
