Exercise Restart Day 1 - New approach

I'm excited to be restarting an exercise routine today. I haven't been able to exercise in over a year due to a decline in health and severe pain. My goal is to incorporate short periods of stretching and yoga into my days at least 4 times a week to start. Recovering my mobility and flexibility is a priority. Slow and steady wins the race in this case. I have the tendency to exercise like my body is the same as before illness and over-doing it. A new approach is necessary. This time I aim for exercise to keep me moving instead of stopping me in my tracks.
Looking forward to a body that can move better and relieve my tight, aching muscles.
Going to kick pain's butt!
