Recap of Weekly Goals

Here's how the week went:
Sunday, I took a rest day.
Monday, I took a rest day.
Tuesday, I took another test day.
Wednesday, I did the Cycle class.
Thursday, I took a rest day.
Friday, I had to cancel my swim lesson; my lunch did not agree with me.
Saturday, I did the Cycle and Body Pump classes.
The plan for next week:
- Eat within my calorie range FIVE (5) days a week- I ate over range on Sunday - Tuesday.
- Eat 60 grams of protein 7 days a week-
- 1 weekly swim lesson- Missed it this week.
- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week- Missed it this week.
- For accountability, today's weight: 141 lbs Down 2 lbs
I'll say being sick Friday contributed to the loss. If I maintain it next week I'll consider it a real loss.
