Recap of Weekly Goals

Here's how the week went:
Sunday, I went to the gym and hopped on the Spin Bike.
Monday, I took a rest day.
Tuesday, I did the Body Pump class.
Wednesday, I did the Cycle class.
Thursday, I took a rest day.
Friday, I did my swim lesson.
Saturday, I did the Cycle class. Body Pump was cancelled.
The plan for next week:
- Eat within my calorie range FIVE (5) days a week-
I ate over range on Wednesday and Friday.
- Eat 60 grams of protein 7 days a week- I missed the mark on Tuesday.
- 1 weekly swim lesson-
The pool felt short when I did my back stroke, Instructor Jay says it's because I'm being efficient.
- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week-
- For accountability, today's weight: 142 lbs Back up 1 lb
